Due to the nature of digital design services, Graphicarc follows a strict no-refund policy once work has started.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable before the project begins.

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

• Work has already started
• Initial concepts have been delivered
• Files have been shared
• The project is partially or fully completed

Revisions & Satisfaction

We provide revisions according to your selected package.
Additional revisions can be purchased at ₹100 per revision.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted before we begin working on your project.
Once the work has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Digital Files

Digital designs or source files cannot be returned, therefore no returns or exchanges are possible.
