Service Process

• Work begins after full payment is received.
• Client must provide all required content (text, images, details).
• Delays in client communication may delay project delivery.

Revisions

• Revisions are provided based on your package.
• Additional revisions cost ₹100 each.
• Major redesigns are considered a separate service.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery depends on service type and workload.
We always aim to deliver within the agreed timeline.

Ownership & Copyright

• Final approved designs are your property once the project is completed and paid in full.
• Graphicarc may use completed work for portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise.

Payments

• Full payment is required upfront.
• No refunds after project work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project information
• Respond in a timely manner
• Supply content that does not violate copyright laws

Graphicarc is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

Limitation of Liability

Graphicarc is not liable for:

• Loss of business due to delays
• Misuse of designs by the client
• Issues caused by third-party services or platforms

Termination

Graphicarc reserves the right to terminate any project due to misuse, inappropriate behavior, or breach of terms.
